Crispy Caesar Bowl 32 oz (Monday)
$16.00

My take on a more substantial Caesar salad. This bowl has your choice of seasoned chicken breast or crispy chickpeas served over a romaine and kale blend and roasted Brussel sprouts. Served with a house-made Caesar dressing and crispy garlic panko—so you get crunch in every bite. A favorite of Mr. Driftwood Kitchen.

Ingredients: Romaine lettuce, chicken breast or chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, kale, canola oil, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, egg yolk, butter, lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, anchovy, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, black pepper. Contains: Egg, milk, fish (anchovy), wheat.

Note that the chickpea version contains anchovy*

About
Driftwood Kitchen

I’m a one-woman team with a passion for food and nourishing the body. My mission is to build a healthier, more vibrant community by making wholesome, balanced meals accessible and stress-free—one plate at a time.

What started as a dream quickly became reality when my husband transformed our garage into a fully licensed kitchen—where every dish is made with care, intention, and a touch of creativity. Like driftwood that moves with the tides, my menu changes week to week — guided by what’s fresh, inspiring, and in season.

Whether you’re looking to simplify your week, eat better without the hassle, or just enjoy something homemade, I’m here to make it easy (and delicious).

Welcome to Driftwood Kitchen.
