What happens if I miss my pick-up?
No problem! You can swing by the kitchen the next day during operating hours, or choose delivery at checkout for a small fee instead.
Can I order after Friday at 1 PM??
Unfortunately, we close orders at 1 PM on Friday to finalize prep for the week. Plan ahead to avoid missing out!
Do you offer delivery?
No, we trialed delivery services for a bit and found that it wasn’t feasible.
Order Problems?
If part of an order is missing, incorrect, or damaged, customers must notify us via email within 24 hours. We will be happy to replace the item or offer a credit/refund.
Food allergies or intolerances?
While we strive to follow safe food practices, we cannot guarantee zero cross‑contamination. Ingredients are listed in the item description, however, customers with severe allergies should use their discretion as common allergens are present in the kitchen facility.
Do you cater for events?
